Returns:
Returns must be within 10 days from the time that you receive your item and will be refunded as store credit for the purchase price of item. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a credit or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, cannot be returned.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial credits are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 10 days after delivery
Store Credit (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit.
If you are approved, then your store credit will be processed, and a credit will sent to you for use on your next store purchase.
Last Chance/Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be credited, unfortunately last chance/sale items cannot be refunded/credited.
Custom Items (if applicable)
Custom Items are not eligible for return unless an error on our part and we will correct and replace the item if available. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged within 3 days of receiving the item. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Stellasshabbyboutique@gmail.com
Shipping
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We offer Route Insurance as an optional purchase to protect your packages. We will provide you with a tracking number but once we drop off packages it is out of our hands and can not be held responsible for late delivery if we mailed within the promised timeframe. No refunds will be given for late or lost packages if we can provide proof we mailed it by providing a tracking number.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a store credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your store credit.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you return an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
